Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and validate performance data from various teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality by identifying and correcting errors.
• Conduct numerical calculations and analyze performance indicators.
• Suggest and implement optimization methods to improve efficiency.
• Work with IT to improve data monitoring systems.
• Prepare and design performance reports with data visualization for decision-making.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance organizational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team interactions.
