We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Distribution Supervisor to manage daily pickup and distribution operations, warehouse activities, operational teams, and courier fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring on-time pickup from sellers, accurate delivery to customers, sufficient fleet capacity, and efficient warehouse operations, while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

·         Plan and execute daily pickup and distribution operations to ensure on-time collection from sellers and accurate delivery to customers.

·         Manage warehouse and facility operations, including receiving, sorting, loading, dispatching, and maintaining operational standards.

·         Supervise and manage operational teams and manpower, including workforce planning, performance management, training, and development.

·         Manage courier recruitment, onboarding, retention, and daily fleet capacity based on operational demand.

·         Monitor pickup and delivery KPIs, productivity, service levels, and delivery progress, and prepare regular performance reports.

·         Ensure fleet readiness and availability, including proper organization and maintenance of delivery vehicles.

·         Implement and ensure compliance with distribution policies, procedures, and operational standards.

·         Manage relevant administrative matters, personnel records, and operational documentation in accordance with company procedures.

·         Review employee performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and improvement plans.

·         Provide operational data and insights for business reviews, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

·         Ensure operational efficiency, on-time service, and customer satisfaction across pickup and delivery operations.

Requirements

·         3–5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or last-mile operations, preferably with team management responsibilities.

·         Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.

·         Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare and analyze operational reports.

·         Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.

·         Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and perform effectively under pressure.

·         Strong problem-solving and operational decision-making skills.

·         Good understanding of customer experience and service quality.

·         Good command of English is a plus.
