DigiExpress is looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist with strong expertise in payroll operations, payroll accounting, social security, and payroll taxation.

Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including salaries, benefits, overtime, leave, deductions, and other payroll components.
Calculate and review social security (SSO), payroll taxes, and employee deductions in compliance with applicable regulations.
Collect, validate, and maintain accurate payroll and employee data in payroll and administrative systems.
Prepare and review payroll reports, including earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and other payroll-related data.
Reconcile payroll data, investigate discrepancies, and identify the root causes of payroll errors.
Perform payroll accounting activities and coordinate with Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate payroll records and reports.
Process employee loans and settlements, including final settlement calculations.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records and information.
Collaborate with HR, Administration, Finance, Accounting, and employees to resolve payroll-related issues.
Contribute to improving payroll processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Qualifications:
At least 4 years of proven experience in payroll and compensation.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Iranian Labor Law, social security regulations, and payroll taxation.
Solid knowledge of payroll calculation and payroll accounting.
Proficiency in Rahkaran System (System Group).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze discrepancies and handle large volumes of data.
Strong communication, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
