We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team and drive data analysis initiatives for improving fleet performance. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data using statistical techniques, generating ongoing reports, and providing data-driven solutions to optimize fleet utilization.
 
Responsibilities:
•    Analyze data using statistical techniques and generate regular reports
•    Utilize historical data and chart analysis to evaluate fleet utilization
•    Provide data-driven solutions to improve fleet performance
•    Drive process improvements and automation in demand planning tools
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective decision-making
•    Prepare reports using various data sources
•    Support the business side with a proactive and hardworking attitude
•    Maintain attention to detail and adhere to a structured approach to work
•    Meet tight deadlines while working in a deadline-driven environment
 
Required Qualifications:
•    Strong analytical skills with a focus on using data to drive business decisions
•    Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing business needs
•    BS or MS degree in industrial engineering or related fields
•    Minimum of two years of experience in similar roles
•    Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI
