Responsibilities:

1. Application Development

- Architect, build, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js

- Implement clean, efficient, and reusable components with a focus on performance and responsiveness

Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints with frontend applications

- Optimize applications for SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

2. Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into seamless user interfaces

- Collaborate with backend developers to design robust APIs and server-side integrations

- Participate in agile sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives

3. Code Quality & Optimization

- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and promote best practices in modern JavaScript development

- Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues across devices

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability

4. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Stay up to date with the React and Next.js ecosystem, introducing new tools and libraries when appropriate

- Proactively suggest improvements in project structure, deployment workflows, and codebase organization

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development

- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js

- Strong understanding of SSR, SSG, dynamic routing, and Next.js features (e.g., App Router, Image Optimization)

- Experience with CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or Sass

- Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Jotai)

- Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD practices

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields

- Knowledge of web performance metrics and SEO fundamentals

- Familiarity with TypeScript, testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Testing Library), and analytics tools

- Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or similar domains is a plus
