Responsibilities

• Capacity planning and monitoring
• Resources planning and ensuring availability of resources for on-time delivery of shipments
• Driving process improvements and automation for demand planning tools to reduce manual data aggregation and increase visibility to the forecast analysis
• Manage the execution of logistics plans and ensure compliance with targets
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics and prepare management reports 
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Required skills and qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills and proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel 
• Familiarity with operational environments and their challenges
• Proven organizational skills, including time management, communication (written and verbal), and teamwork
• Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision
• Attention to details

Preferred skills and qualifications

• BS or MS degree in industrial engineering or related fields 
• Two or more years of experience in similar roles
