The HR Business Partner plays a critical role in aligning DigiExpress’s people strategy with business goals. The role supports leaders in workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. It acts as a trusted advisor to managers, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with managers to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and exit processes.
• Oversee performance management cycles, ensuring effective goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
• Monitor engagement metrics and support initiatives to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
• Advise on employee relations cases to ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with L&D, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Recruitment teams to streamline HR operations.
• Analyze HR data (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Champion DigiExpress’s culture, ethics, and compliance standards within assigned departments.
• Support organizational design and structure optimization for HQ and functional teams.
• Lead talent review and succession planning for professional and managerial positions.
• Collaborate with Operations Planning, Finance, and C&B teams on headcount planning and personnel cost management.
• Coordinate promotion and performance calibration committees to ensure fairness and transparency.
• Advise leaders on change management and communication strategies during organizational or system transitions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR business partnering or generalist roles.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, labor law, and employee relations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver HR solutions aligned with business goals.
• Proficiency in HR systems, data analytics, and reporting tools.
