Responsibilities

Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms and company policies.

Record, apply, and reconcile customer payments in accounting systems, ensuring receipts are posted to the correct accounts.

Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances.

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in coordination with the Operations, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records, ensuring data consistency and completeness.

Coordinate with Treasury and Accounting teams to ensure accurate cash application and bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports and analyses to support financial close and management decision-making.

Support the Finance Operations team in identifying potential credit risks and recommending mitigation actions.

Assist with internal and external audit requests by providing required documentation and reconciliations.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency in billing, collections, and reporting processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Certification or hands-on experience with accounting software is a plus.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting.

Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or service-based industries is preferred.
